How does “Smart Squeezer” work?
The working principle of dewatering press / Squeezer, is that the Screw Press applies pressure against screen or filter & liquid is separated from pulp / sludge.Particle size of solids above 0.5 mm are separated & come out from main chamber. The liquid passes through the screen & then to the liquid outlet. How does “Smart Squeezer” work?Depending on material to squeeze the above pressure mechanism is selected.The squeezing or dewatering action starts after initial choke formation of solids in the press. When further pressure is applied on material by the screw press to squeeze against screen, the liquid is allowed to pass through screen & solids are carried away by Screw Press. The screw press is driven by a geared motor.By this way using optimum power & applying maximum pressure, maximum liquid is separated. Squeezer assembly is kept at such an angle that the squeezed liquid gets automatically collected in the liquid outlet. Upto 60% - 70% moisture is removed from the squeezed material.
